Whats been happening...
July has certainly been a busy month!
Although times have not got back to complete normality yet (or perhaps it is the new normality for the time being) re-openings and celebrations have begun.
We have worked on some incredible designs this month, one in particular that stands out is the amazing flower mirror arch we created in SASS studios. It's every florists dream to get stuck in to such a large scale creation and to be given the freedom of flower choices and colours was an absolute pleasure!
Weddings...
Weddings now have the go ahead, although on a small scale of 30 people (good excuse to short list your favourite people mind ;)) we have had lots of enquiries of flower designs on a smaller scale.
My advice would be to concentrate on the bridal party, this includes the famous Bride bouquet, Bridesmaid designs, Buttonholes and smaller details like Wands.
Wands are an incredibly sweet design if you have little ones as Bridesmaids or Flower Girls, they bring such fun to the day. Although be wary the fairy princess wand often gets turned in to a weapon of some kind.
Another beautiful detail is flower crowns, I adore head circlets. Often people are scared of these designs but you don't always have to go full on. If you have the right style and look they can be breathtaking, just one flower like Gypsophilia or Baby's Breathe as you may know it can look just as stunning as a full on abundant crown of blooms, lush!
Wrist corsages can be a lovely addition especially if you have an outfit on a delicate scale. There not just the choice of ribbon and flower anymore, designs can be created on beautiful pearl bracelets which sit comfortable for the whole of the big day!
A good florist will always tell you if it would look lovely and a great florist would suggest things you would never of thought of for it to look incredible!

Talking of Birthdays Rock + Wilds little ones celebration was a hit, although the weather wasn't the kindest we certainly brought the colour! We had balloons of all colours and I'm happy to report the balloon arch was a success!!!
